FK171 Alternating Flasher

Kit includes all components and instructions to make a set of 3 volt bulbs Flash alternately, like a railroad crossing light. Many uses on the RR for blinking signs, highway barriers, traffic signals, etc. Speed of flashing can be adjusted with included potentiometer.

Can also be safely used with 12 volts and 12 volt bulbs up to 200 ma. Same circuit as the FK109 with added transitor output driver to drive bulbs. Can also be used with LEDs single or in multiples strings if proper resistor is added.

Kit comes with complete with circuit board, components, two bulbss and step by step instructions. Requires basic soldering skills, a small amount of solder and a 15 to 30 watt soldering iron.

Another great kit to have fun with and add a new level of interest to your railroad. You can even combine it with our Illuminator Kit to have the scene automaticly turn on and off at predetermined intervals.
