24 LED Red and Blue Flashing kit. Uses 555 timer and 4017 Counting Chips to Alternately Flash 12 Red LEDs then 12 Blue LEDs. Kit requires soldering and 12 volt DC power. Kits comes with all components required to complete the circuit.

When power up with 12 volts DC, one side will flash 3 times, then the other side will flash 3 times and then repeat over and over again.

Adjusting the 50k potentiometer with a small screw driver will either speed up the flash rate or slow it down

A great starter kit to learn soldering of electronic components and electronic functions.
